By registering the product or requesting warranty-related support, the customer agrees that ACE Origins may review the request in accordance with these terms.1. Who Provides the Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies only to the following product:
Magnetic Golf Towel by ACE Origins
This warranty does not automatically apply to other current or future ACE Origins products unless those products expressly state that they are covered by a specific warranty.3. Warranty Period
This Limited Warranty lasts for:
1 year from the original date of purchase of the product.
Warranty registration helps ACE Origins document the purchase, identify the registered product, and process support requests in a more organized manner.
The warranty period is calculated from the original date of purchase, not from the date the customer completes the registration form.4. What This Warranty Covers
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing or material defects that affect the normal function of the product during the warranty period.
Coverage may include, depending on the case:
Manufacturing defects present in the product.
Material-related failures under normal use.
Functional problems with the product that are not caused by misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
Issues related to stitching, components, or parts of the product when the defect is attributable to manufacturing or materials.

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, issues, or conditions caused by:
Normal wear and tear.
Improper use, abuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Accidental damage.
Loss or theft of the product.
Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.
Use of the product for purposes other than its normal intended use.
Damage caused by improper storage.
Damage caused by excessive exposure to conditions beyond normal product use.
Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product.
Stains, dirt, odors, discoloration, or visual wear caused by normal use.
Damage caused by third parties, pets, vehicles, machinery, tools, or other external objects.
Damage resulting from failure to follow reasonable use, care, or maintenance instructions.
Issues related to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, counterfeit products, or products that cannot be reasonably verified as genuine ACE Origins products.
This warranty also does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.6. Proof of Purchase
ACE Origins may request reasonable proof of purchase in order to process a warranty request.
Proof of purchase may include:
Amazon Order ID.
Purchase confirmation.
Receipt.
Screenshot of the order.
Other reasonable evidence that allows the product purchase to be verified.
The Amazon Order ID may help verify the purchase more quickly. However, if the customer does not provide the Order ID when completing the registration form, ACE Origins may request additional information during the support process.
ACE Origins reserves the right to reject warranty requests when it is not reasonably possible to verify that the product was purchased legitimately or corresponds to an original ACE Origins product.7. How to Request Warranty Support
To request warranty-related support, the customer should contact ACE Origins at:

The request should include, when possible:
Customer name.
Contact email address.
Registered product.
Clear description of the issue.
Approximate purchase date.
Amazon Order ID or proof of purchase, if available.
Photos or videos that help show the issue.

Submitting a warranty request does not automatically guarantee replacement, credit, compensation, or any other specific resolution.9. Possible Resolution
If ACE Origins determines that the request is covered by this Limited Warranty, it may offer a reasonable solution depending on the case.
The solution may include one or more of the following options:
Product care or support instructions.
Additional review of the request.
Product replacement.
Another reasonable solution determined by ACE Origins.
ACE Origins will determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue, product availability, the information provided by the customer, and the specific circumstances of the request.10. Shipping or Replacement Costs
ACE Origins may determine on a case-by-case basis whether to cover costs related to shipping, replacement, or another solution associated with an approved warranty request.
ACE Origins does not guarantee that all shipping, handling, return, or replacement costs will be automatically covered in every case.
When additional information, photos, videos, or proof of purchase are needed, the customer must provide that information so ACE Origins can continue the review.11. No Relationship to Reviews, Ratings, or Public Comments
The ACE Origins Limited Warranty does not depend on the customer leaving a review, rating, public comment, or post on any platform.
ACE Origins does not require positive reviews, specific ratings, or public comments as a condition to activate, maintain, or request warranty support.
Customers may share honest opinions about the product in accordance with the policies of the platform where the purchase was made and applicable law.12. Reasonable Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
ACE Origins will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from the use, inability to use, loss, deterioration, or handling of the product, except where applicable law does not allow such limitation.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.13. Consumer Legal Rights
This Limited Warranty gives customers specific rights.
Customers may also have other rights that vary by state, jurisdiction, or applicable law.
